Swallowsong jerked her head up and found herself glancing into the face of a EmberClan queen, Shadowjumper. She was also Blackstripe's sister. The pretty tabby warrior narrowed her amber eyes as Shadowjumper mentioned Blackstripe. "No," she meowed coldly, "I haven't seen him anywhere and I don't intend to speak or see him at all," her voice was icy and sshe nodded curtly to Shadowjumper before looking away at Pinestorm again.

Infernostreak had had enough and lunged, not at a StormClan cat, but at Cinnamonstreak, "ENOUGH!" she howled, openly attacking a leader was not a Clan happening, and she would let some piece of foxdung to ruin EmberClan's Reputation, she hoped that Cinnamonstreak would learn a lesson"
OOC: lol, Clan infighting
Mousepaw padded up to Heathersky, watching Crystalpool's reaction, he was pretty sickened that one medicine cat would do that to another. He dropped his pile of herbs and blindly shuffled through them, "Heathersky, I have Comfrey" Mousepaw meowed shyly, he was slightly uncomfortable, a new feeling was welling up inside of him, "I hope that's enough", he meowed, not wanting to add ShoreClan into the fight. Although ShoreClan-EmberClan relations were quite good with Midnightstar, Twilightsong and Ripplestream as the ranking cats.
What If that was ShoreClan? Mousepaw wondered, he wouldn't let cats like that ruin it's reputation and then heard acat scream at Cinnamonstreak
Owlclaw tensed, and hoped for a nod from Hawkstar to join the brawl. But then knew it wouldn't come, she was always peaceful, but Owlclaw would've loved to take down the cat who had just broke the code, more than anything else, he would've loved that.
Featherpaw stalked away from the fighting towards Oakpaw and his new friends, hopefully Oak wouldn't take part in the fighting, but then smelt a peculiar scent of other... Clanless cats.

Twilightsong wasn't long in recovering from Cinnamonstreak's dirty trick and was upset with himself that Cinnamonstreak had gotten loose. Almost blindly leaping after him, he didn't see Infernostreak and unfortunately tackled Infernostreak instead of Cinnamonstreak. "Ack! Sorry Infernostreak!" He said hurriedly as he backed up from the other EmberClan warrior and looked around to see what Hawkstar and Midnightstar were going to do about this. At this point he considered Scarletstar to be a liability more than an asset in this fight since it was her Clan that had apparently provoked such a strong reaction from EmberClan. He didn't agree Cinnamonstreak should have attacked Songheart, but he was starting to understand why he'd done it and had to briefly wonder if he'd done the same had he been in the red warrior's position.
Blossompaw and Oakpaw turned when they heard a yowl and watched as the verbal argument between Stormclan and Emberclan turned into a physical one. "Wow!" Blossompaw said, somewhat excited. Action in general always caught her attention and though she knew fights were bad, she still found this exciting. Oakpaw groaned as he saw Stormclan and Emberclan cats fighting. He didn't like fights in general, but he hated this one even more because Stormpaw was Emberclan and he had a sick feeling in his stomach that his mom might try to tell him to stay away from her because of it. "No, this isn't exciting at all Blossompaw, this is horrible!" He said with a sigh as his tail drooped.

Shadowpaw's fur bristled as the argument shifted from threatening to actually attacking. This is INSANE! We come here to try to survive, and end up fighting immediately? We might as well have stayed in our camps and drowned! He shoved his way through the assembled cats, trying to find his mentor. He bumped into an EmberClan cat and heard her hiss. The dark tabby almost continued, but something -perhaps the scent of blood and herbs- made him stop. This must be Dewpaw, the cat who had started the whole dispute. He narrowed his eyes, glaring at her. Why?
Snowveil screeched in rage as Cinnamonstreak attacked Songheart. She extended her claws, ready to sink them into any EmberClan cat's pelt. First they steal our prey, then they insult medicine cats, now they're attacking us?! It's like the entire Clan has turned into rogues! Raising her voice, she called "Rip his pelt off, Songheart!"
Stormpaw glanced down to the huge group of cats below her. She could see two cats attacking each other, but could not identify them. Is that Cinnamonstreak? Her blue gaze shifted back to the long expanse of rain-washed rock in front of her. Now would be a perfect time to explore without warriors fussing over us! If we sneak off now, they'll never notice. She noticed that Oakpaw and Blossompaw were casting glances at the group of cats, wanting to investigate. She cleared her throat. 'So, where should we go first?"
ooc- hmm... Maybe the apprentices sneak off and run into the rogues?

((*Freezes in shock for a few seconds then glares at Kiri-chan* You're evil. >=) You know that they are the two wordt-tempered cats in all of the Clans right? XDD))
Songheart listened to her mate, nodding comfortingly. "Don't worry, Swifttail, I won't let anything happen that's bad. Besides, we're still restricted from fighting by the warrior code, and I'm sure not even the EmberClan cats would dare break our treaty of peace." Unsurely, she glanced at the big, red tom from EmberClan known as Cinnamonstreak. He had a terrible temper, even a bit more intense than hers, and she thought with satisfaction that she would never show the lack of self-control that he clearly demonstrated. But she watched him nonetheless, and when he listened to her, he portrayed a look that indicated he was going to attack. "You are too far a loose cannon to have honor in a fight," The ginger tabby rocked on her haunches, tensed and completely ready for the attack, and when he sprung forwards to hit her, Songheart pushed off the ground, claws completely extended. She emitted a warcry, eager for the sight of the well-due EmberClan blood that needed to be spilled.
Just then, though, Scarletstar jumped forwards, attempting to break up the fight. Songheart doubled back, landing on the ground, still ready for the fight, the taste of EmberClan blood in her teeth. She was glad that at least she had defense, that someone was backing her, and she felt no pity for the Clan lacking a leader at such a crucial time. It was not the StormClan cats' fault that the rogues had resorted to stealing prey instead of sorting out their own problems, and she would not hesitate to attack them for breaking the warrior code, should the provocation come, such as in the form as the attack from Cinnamonstreak.
When he lunged at her again, she was very glad to have the opportunity to claw the pelt off of this warrior, and had almost jumped again when suddenly Twilightsong arrived. "Don't get ShoreClan involved," She hissed impatiently, not in the least grateful for the distraction; she herself did certainly rival Cinnamonstreak in size, full of stamina and muscle as she was from the duties of a deputy. Blood rushed to Songheart's head, provoking her temper again, and she watched for about two seconds as Cinnamonstreak left claw marks across the ShoreClan deputy's face in a dirty attempt to escape.
She got even madder, if that was possible, and riled up with her reeling temper, she ran at him and slammed into him full force as he tried to spring at her again, around Twilightsong. Her evanescent green eyes were full of the rage of battle, and she extended her claws, more a reflex at this point than an offense. Barreling full-force into Cinnamonstreak's broad form, her sinewy form twisted as she shifted to get a good grip on him, sinking her claws into his sides to hold him down and lunging at his shoulder with her teeth.
I looked back at Scarletstar as she spoke; she sounded strained and more than a little frustrated. I sighed, closing my eyes and reopening them when a yowl was emitted, without a shadow of a doubt Cinnamonstreak. I wanted to eat some herbs for my pounding head, but I knew now was not the time, and I turned and nodded to Mousepaw. When I met his eyes as he passed me the comfrey, even though I knew he was blind, I felt an unusual thrill of excitement in my heart. Now is NOT the time, Heathersky, I thought. "It it, thank you Mousepaw," I meowed quietly, as calm and collected as I usually am.
I had been watching the fight for a few seconds when I realized I had been holding my breath, and I let it out slowly. I was hoping that maybe Cinnamonstreak could get a little sense into Songheart before Scarletstar stepped in, but the leader did interfere. I turned back to Dewpaw. "I guess... well, Mousepaw?" I asked the tom. "Can you make sure Dewpaw doesn't get hurt?" I looked back to the apprentice, smiling, and set down the comfrey in front of her. "Here, eat this. I think we're ready to begin."
Windpaw was about to reply that she was ready to go when they were, when suddenly Talonpaw approached, shouldering her aside. Her heart swelled with annoyance, and she jerked back a little, then moved forwards, shoving him back aside as rudely as he had to her. "No, he's just a mousebrain, he doesn't have to apologize for that," Windpaw smirked. "We should hurry up." She glanced briefly back at the fight, now underway as cats attacked each other. "We can use that as a distraction, then the adults won't notice we're gone. They're too busy acting like kits." She laughed in spite of the violence, and grinned cheerfully, still blissfully ignoring Talonpaw.
Freewind had followed the group, and when all the other cats thronged for the fight, she decided it was all stupid and followed Jetmoon's scent to the cave. She curled in one of the nests nearby and curled with her tail to her nosetip, closing her eyes and trying to sleep, weary from the journey.
((I'm RPing her for Shiro-chan, but I'm bad with characters that are not mine, so... yeah don't interact with her XDD))

ooc- I can have Cedar find the apprentices close to where the rogues were meeting to figure out what they were going do to the Clans, if you want...
Skysong faltered when Cinnamonstreak tried to attack Songheart. She was angry with the StormClan cats, but she didn't trust herself to do what she would really have done, had she not been so angry. She decided that she should at least back up her Clan mate. She glanced at Twilightsong and Infernostreak, who had joined that fight. They were both trying to stop the fight, and Skysong now had to decide between waiting and seeing if anyone attacked to promote the fight, or supporing the effort to stop the fight. The cats were evenly matched up right now, two trying to stop two cats from attack each other, so Skysong just waited to see if anyone else was going to join, still debating with herself which side she shoud be on.
Swifttail nodded, but he was hardly reassured. It sounded like Songheart was trying to convince herself as well as him. His protective nature flared when Sinnamonstreak jumped out and tried to attack his mate. He was stopped, but Songheart jumped forward, ready to fight. He gave a sort of soft growl that could've passed for a sigh with all of the noise. Whatever it was, it clearly expressed his frustration. He weirily followed Songheart, not fighting for either side yet, but ready to defend his mate if she ever was attacked with an intent to kill. Currenlty, two cats , Twilightsng and Infernostreak, were trying to break up the fight. Swifttail seriously doebted that either would get much af a chance to do serious herm to one another.
Nightfrost looked up sharply when the fighting started. He was unfortunalty in the modde of helping an elderly cat up a large rock and had to finish the task before he could rush over and figure out what was going on. Once the cat was safely on the plateu, he sprinted over. From what he could see, Songheart and Cinnamonstreak were stuggling with Twilightsong and Infernostreak, both of them with murder on there eyes. He could figure out what was happening easily enough, as both Cinnamonstreak and Songheart were trying to dodge around their captors with limited success. Cinnamonstreak suddenly scratched Twilightsong, dodged around him, and jumped in the direction of Songheart. Without any other thought on the matter, Nightfrost lunged for the EmberClan warroir. "Stop fighting!" he growled as he ran into Cinnamonstreak.

Lightstream followed up the rear of the huge group of Clan cats. It seems everyone is helping one another, she thought, smiling. She had decided to stay at the back to make sure no one gets left behind. She was beginning to feel a bit hungry, but she couldn't remember if she had eaten before the journey or not. No, she told herself firmly, you will eat when you reach Korkea Maa. She wondered when her next meal would be. She knew she had to hunt for the queens and kits of her Clan first, before she can eat.
ooc - In case you are wondering where Dawntear of ShoreClan (my other Clan character) is -- she is, ah, dying in ShoreClan territory. Because a rogue attacked her.

Mouseshadow dropped back to where Lightstream was. "I'm so, so... *yawn* tired" she muttered. "I didn't sleep at all last night, I kept thinking about Korkea Maa. And today... Well, with all the preparations that had to be done, I didn't have time to nap. Do you know how much longer the journey is?"
ooc - I couldn't think of nothing to write about Nightpaw. His just trotting along, I guess. And Falcontalon, well, just read the thread where Dawntear dies...

"It seems as if the journey will never end," Lightstream muttered, "I'm so hungry." She sighed wearily, "we have to hunt for the queens before we can eat." Her stomach growled, and she scowled.

Shadowpaw turned to look at Mousepaw and Heathersky. "I can help, if you need." He hoped that they wouldn't need him, that he wouldn't have to help Dewpaw. But I'm a medicine cat. I can't not offer. He bristled slightly, knowing that they were probably questioning his motives. "Look, I may be a StormClan cat, but I'm a medicine cat. We're not supposed to get involved in disputes." He couldn't help stressing the last words, warning Heathersky.
Stormpaw laughed so hard her eyes watered, and she wiped them with a small grey paw. "Warriors too busy acting like kits... oh, that's great." Her laughter faded, and she licked a paw in embarasment. I didn't mean to laugh that hard... "So, where should we go first?" She looked out over the rocks, eyes wide. There was so much! It could take days to explore. She squinted, looking harder. It might be her eyes playing tricks, but she thought she could see something moving among the rocks. "What's that?'

For a split moment, Midnightstar could not move. She had expected that Twilightsong would be able to calm down the irate Emberclan warrior. However, that proved wrong as Cinnamonstreak lunged at twilightsong and the two toms were quickly rolling all over the ground. Hissing loudly at the stupidity of all the cats there (mostly the ones who were too stupid to do anything to try and stop the fight), The large leader stood up and approached the two cats quickly.
For the first time in many moons, Midnightstar was feeling the beginnings of anger and adrenaline flood through her large body. Normally, the Shoreclan leader was the calmlest in most situations, but when it came down to one of her cats being challenged and drawn almost unwillingly into battle, it made her see red. For a moment, she stood by the two, contemplating what to do. Finally, she unsheathed her claws fully and reached in. She locked onto the fur of Cinnamonstreak, knowing that her claws were sharp and would more than likely cause the Emberclan warrior pain. At this moment, she didn't particularly care.
She gave a mighty heave, knowing that she was a large cat, probably larger than Cinnamonstreak but not definately not as big as Twilightsong. She heaved once more, trying to give Twilightsong time to get away. Is this what happens when Blazestar leaves? She wondered to herself. They really need a new leader. Preferably one not afraid to take on this irate idiot. By "irate idiot" she was obviously refering to the cat whose fur she was currently locked on to. "Twilightsong. If you can get away, go to Ripplestream and get those claws marks checked out. Who knows what kind of dung this cat has under his claws." She meowed out to her deputy, appearing quite calm despite the situation.
"Could someone please attempt to track down Blazestar or Flameheart? Or at least restrain Cinnamonstreak from attacking higher-ranking cats? Now!" She hissed out, calm voice gone as she glared at the other cats. The normally composed leader was looking distinctly rumpled and irritated. In her book, any cats that were not willing to stop fight between two clan were useless and did not deserve their warrior name. They should be exiled to a kittypet house. Feeling anger in her eyes once more, she turned her attention to the warrior. She yanked at his fur once more.
"And you." her voice was quiet, anger clear. "Where do you get off attacking another cat and then a deputy? I understand you're angry, but attacking another cat and then a deputy after he's attempting to calm you down is against Warrior code. How in the world did you manage to to gain your Warrior name? You deserve to be booted down as far as you can for this insolent attitude." She hissed out at him, silver eyes flashing warningly. If Cinnamonstreak was enough of a fool to attack a leader, she was not worried. She was a quick fighter, and skilled, though you could never tell by her normal appearance.
"Emberclan cats!" She suddenly yowled, furious as she turned to face the other cats. "Is this what happens when Blazestar is away? You should attempting to uphold your honor as Emberclan cat, proving your worth repeatedly. Not picking fights like a bunch of useless kits, or standing by and simply watching as other cats do the same. We are all clan cats, we are strong. For the love of Starclan, grow some backbone!"
(Was that too harsh? Midnightstar hates fights, especially among clan cats. And if I god-moded, me sorries. This is how come I never pick fights. I can't tell if I do or not. >.< I attempted not to, but let me know and I'll edit.)

Freewind hung back from the crowd. She didn't like it when cats foungh for practically no reason at all. Why can't they just admit they're BOTH wrong and this can be over! The pretty she-cat thought angrilly to herself.
Batpaw stared in horror at the two cats tussleing on the ground. He couldn't believe they were fighting, and when the clans are in danger, too! He backed away, not noticing where he was going, and WHUMP, backed straight into a cat! He squealed, expecting the worst, and came face to face with a small silver tabby. "Ack!" He meowed in surprise. "I-I'm so sorry!" He bowed his head quickly. Turning around, he ran away.
Freewind gave a short mew in surprise as a black apprentice backed into her. After muttering a quick apology, he had run off. Weird cat! She mused to herself.

Cedar shifted in the bushes. She had been spying on the Clan cats for the little "group" that Foxshadow had put together. She was grinning, the Clan cats were even worse then the rouges! It looked like they were having a big fight and, being Clan cats, just about every cat was dragged in. She didn't notice the small group of apprentices that were aproaching.
ooc- Could one of the apprentices sneak up on her? That would be hilarous!

ooc- Okay people, this is becoming a serious problem. Fights are officially the most difficult type of post to roleplay without godmoding, but a lot have people have been slipping, both here and in the fox fight, and everyone needs to work a little bit harder to write their posts around it. In certain circumstances it works, but the line between those circumstances and bad circumstances is very fuzzy. Too fuzzy.
So, from now on, I'm asking everyone to avoid it, even if it makes fight posts harder. And please, if it's absolutely necesscary, ask before you powerplay. That way no one feels like their character is getting pushed around, and everyone can enjoy the site as much as possible. Thanks. ^^
IC- Walking with a group of cats that was nearing the crest of the hill, Hawkstar turned to look back over her shoulder. "Sounds like somethings wrong back there..." she meowed, referring to the raised voices. "I'm gonna go check it out." Nodding a quick goodbye to the cats she'd been walking with, Hawkstar began backtracking carefully, walking slightly sideways to give herself better traction. Thankfully, the path they'd chosen to ascend was more gradual and sloping than many of the other approaches Hawkstar had tried in the past, and she was sure enough of her footing that she would not slide into other cats who were still headed to the peak.

ooc- Hee hee. Okay. Stormpaw sniffed the air again. there it was, that odd scent. it was a cat, but not one that she knew. A bush rustled, and she jumped. A cat must be hiding there! Sure enough, she could see the outline of a cat through the leaves. The grey apprentice hurriedly called the others back. "There's a rogue hiding in that bush." Her eyes glowed. 'If we capture it, we'll be heroes! Distract it, I'll sneak up on it, and chase it towards you guys. Grab it, and we can bring it back to the warriors." Excitement flowed through her, filling her with nervous energy. Without waiting to see if the others agrees, she darted away. She was upwind of the bush now, and stole up to it without the cat noticing. She took a deep breath, calming shaky nerves. Stormpaw let out her best battle cry and raced towards the rogue, claws extended.
