Glanced at the other medicine cats. "I think Hawkstar is right," Ripplestream commented lightly. "Stonestream? Feathermoon?" Stonestream nodded in agreement. "I guess that is all very well," he meowed. "We should bring supplies with us as well," he grunted.

ooc- That's fine, Hawkie, the only reason that I had Swifttail protest was so that another point of view would be seen. The patrol sounds like a good idea, too. If Blitzfire is going, can Skysong come?
Feathermoon nodded slowly, considering all of the options. "I do thing that we need to get out of here as soon as possible," she replied after a moment of consideration. "But we need to prepare, and it's to late right now. The day after tomarrow sounds perfect."
Swifttail smirked slightly, glad that his views were taken seriously. He shot a glance over the Swallowsong, whom he had been arguing with, to see how she would take Hawkstar's preposial.

Swallowsong narrowed her eyes, then she nodded at Hawkstar's idea. She let out a hiss at Swifttail, "Fine, you were right," she hissed softly.

Swifttail nodded absently, not thinking of anything to say that wouldn't sound to prideful. To hide the fact that he wouldn't answer he scanned the crowd to see how the other cats would take it.

Scarletstar stepped up beside the ForestClan Leader and lifted her head. "I agree with Hawkstar." She yowled. "We should meet here as sunset tomorrow to make the journey to Korkea Maa." She then stepped back and looked at Flameheart and Midnightstar for their answers.
Wildstorm flatened her ears and glared at Swifttail, but didn't answer. She then looked back up at the leaders to see what the other two would say.
Yinpaw excused herself from Heatherpaw and trotted over to the other medicine cats, Yangpaw trailing behind her. Padding up to Feathermoon, Yinpaw asked nervously "Are we really going to go to Korkea maa?"

"Can I join to the scouting party? Please?" Dawnpaw pleaded to Pebblestone and Swallowsong.

Midnightstar thought through Hawkstar's idea quietly, attempting to see if there would be any problems. "I agree whole-heartedly for evacuating as soon as possible. Its a good idea for the scouting party, but I recommend that each clan only send one or two warriors for the scouting parties. Its large enough so that they may be able to attack without having to worry as much, but small enough so that it doesn't attract unwanted attention.
More experienced cats would be better, as they would have a little more experienced in defending and attacking. Not to mention perhaps two or three medicine cats in case they are attacked and are injured." She purred out quietly, perfectly heard through the ground. "And if for some reason, the medicine cats do not wish to go or are unable to go, I would recommend sending a cat who knows about what herbs to use, etc. Perhaps a retired medicine cat, if they are not too old, or something to that effect." She continued in the same soft voice, silver eyes flashing in the moonlight with determination.
"And for the scouting party we should have makeshift leader for a certain numbers of cats. For example, if we decide to send ten cats, or eight warriors and two medicine cats, each medicine cat would be in charge of two groups, and each group would elect a leader that they would choose to lead them. If we decide to send ten cats, each group would consist of two cats, give or take. It would make counting for every cat easier, not to mention more organized." Midnightstar added on, thinking back on her days when she had been a warrior and something similar had happened. It seemed so very long ago.

Pebblestone shook his head, "I'm sorry, Dawnpaw," he meowed , touching his tail tip to her shoulder, "You've only been training for about 2 moons, and you are not ready, I'm sorry." He lifted his head and glanced at Midnightstar. "May I be part of a group to go scouting ahead?" he asked, dipping his head respectfully. Ripplestream looked up at her leader. She would like to go as well, but she waited until her brother was done speaking.

"Perhaps each clan could decide which warriors to send separately, after we return to our camps?" Hawkstar suggested in response to the questions she heard among the cats. "I'm not sure more than one medicine cat would need to go, though. The dens aren't large enough for a pack of dogs to hide in, and a stickhead couldn't fit in one. Perhaps snakes, or a badger, but nothing that could pose a serious risk to a large group of cats."

Midnightstar thought for a moment before nodding. "Pebblestone, you are more than welcome to come. I recommend my own Medicine Cat, Ripplestream. She's extremely talented in what she does, and able to keep a cool head during a battle." She meowed out quietly, meeting her Medicine Cat's gaze and nodding, as if able to read the cat's thoughts. Silversun had been in the back, quietly conversing with his older sister Spottedsun, until the topic of a scouting party came up and he focused with rapt attention. He had informed her on him meeting Hazeltear, and in return she told him that she was finally a Warrior. "Midnightstar, I would be honored to join the scouting party." He meowed out quietly, taking a step forward, focusing on the direction of where the leaders' voices were coming from. Spottedsun hissed behind him in alarm, obviously not wanting him to do this, but he silenced her with a simple flick of his fluffy tail. Spottedsun stared at her brother's back, mute with shock. He wasn't her shy little brother anymore. She had seen him interact with Hazeltear earlier and he had acted shy, almost embarrassed though his manners were as polite as ever. Once they were alone, Spottedsun had confided in her that he found himself in love with the outgoing warrior, but hadn't any idea of how to tell her. Spottedsun had laughed it off, bumping her shoulder with his, ignoring the slight pang in her heart when she realized that he didn't need her anymore. He used to use her to find his way around, but he seemed more confident and had had no problem finding his way around the crowded clearing. Shaking off her thoughts, Spottedsun turned her attention to her leader. "Scarletstar, may I join in the scouting party as well?" She asked boldly, fixing her one good eye on the new Stormclan leader.

"Thank you, Midnightstar," Ripplestream meowed softly, dipping her head. "I will be glad to join the patrol." In front of her, her brother dipped his head respectfully towards Midnightstar as well.

Songheart listened intently to all the ideas. She curled her tail protectively around Swifttail. "We might want to avoid fights," She murmured quietly. Her temper was difficult to control, but she was the new deputy, and needed to maintail a level head. Considering asking to go there and then, she didn't want to provide a bad example. ShoreClan is content to solve its dilemmas here and now, she thought with a slight snort.
Heatherpaw watched Yinpaw move away, and decided to sit near the front. Moving forward a little, an opening in the crowd of cats was apparent, so she sat down near the front. "If it is alright..." She mewed hesitantly, then continued. "If it is alright I would like to accompany the group to Korkea Maa." She glanced at Flameheart, hoping this did not sound too outright.
Jetpaw sat excitedly rigid. He said nothing but his green eyes were rested on Hawkstar, wondering if he'd be allowed to go.

Stonestream's eyes widened in surprise. "Heatherpaw!" he hissed warningly to his apprentice. "That wasn't too good," he murmured quietly to Ripplestream, who was seated besdie him.

Lightstream had not talked much during the gathering. "I can sort the scouting party out when we return back to camp." she said suddenly, gazing up at Hawkstar with her ice-blue eyes.
