Hawkstar padded up to the lip of the slope and looked down into the clearing. None of the other clans had arrived yet, though she knew they would soon. The leader cast a glance over her shoulder to see that all Forestclan cats had arrived, then raised her tail and flicked it forward in the signal for them to follow her as she bounded down the hill.
Hawkstar barely slowed as she reached the Great Rock. She leapt atop it and came to a stop, landing neatly on all four paws with the ease of a cat who had taken the same approach many times. Curling her dark tail neatly around her paws, Hawkstar turned to face the gathering cats.

Thunderstrike padded eagerly after her leader sitting below the Great Rock as all the warriors did. This would be his first gathering as a warrior and he was excited as a new apprintice, but on the outside he remained indifferent to his surroundings as usual. Not even his eyes betrayed any excitement.

Lightstream ran down the hill, hot on Hawkstar's trail. She skidded to a stop at the foot of the Great Rock. She sat down calmly, lifting her chin up because she is now deputy. She ice-blue gaze swept through the clearing. She was impatient for the other Clans to arrive.

Scarletstar crouched at the top of the slope that led down to the gathering, her clan at her back. Only ForestClan was there so far. Standing up, she yowled for her clan to follow as she plunged down the slope. She raced into the clearing without breaking stride and bounded up the smooth grey expanse that was the greatrock. She dipped her head to Hawkstar, breathing lightly. "Greetings, Hawkstar." She said, sitting down.
Wildstorm raced down the slope after her leader. She trotted into the clearing and looked around for any cat to talk to. After dipping her head to Scarletstar, she sat down and curled her tail around her paws, waiting for the other Clans.
Yinpaw and Yangpaw pelted into the clearing behind Wildstorm. They skidded to a stop and looked in awe at the sacred place. This was their first time at Fourtrees and they were excited to meet new apprentices. "Come on." Yinpaw meowed, shifting impatiently. "Lets go find someone to talk too!" Then they walked off through the clearing. Looking around for any other apprentices.

Feathermoon followed Yinpaw and Yangpaw into the clearing, looking around for the other medicine cats. Unable to see any, she found a comfterble place to sit where she watch the cats coming.
Swifttail bounded into the clearing after Scarletstar, slowing to a stop before he reached the Great Rock. He sat down and looked around, impatient for the Gathering to start.

Flameheart padded into the gathering leading her clan behind her. Because Blazestar was away on a journey from starclan Flameheart was the temporary leader. She took Blazestar's place on the Great Rock a bit nervous about speaking before the other clans. Nothing about her, not even her scent or eyes gave it away though.

Stormwinds padded along after his leader and stopped below the Great Rock. He turned to his mate and nuzzled her chin. "I wonder where the other clans are? he wondered aloud. He looked around for Bluetail and saw her playing with another warrior.
Bluetail was playing with other warriors when she smelled Stormwinds, her best friend, had arrived. She stopped playing with the others and ran to him. She sat on the other side of him and looked at the 2 leaders and deputy on the Great Rock.

Hawkstar uncurled her tail and tapped it softly on the rock as Stormclan came down the slope with Scarletstar at its head. She shifted slightly on the rock to make room for the other leader nodded in response to her greeting. "Hello," she meowed. She sat in silence for a moment, watching as more cats made their way down the slopes until she caught a flash of orange fur out of the corner of her eye. Hawkstar turned as Flameheart jumped onto the rock, meeting the Emberclan cat's gaze with curiousity in her eyes. "Greetings, Flameheart," she meowed. "Is Blazestar well?"

Flameheart nodded. "She has other duties to tend to right now." She meowed so Hawkstar would know why she was there instead. Flameheart herself wasn't completely sure what Blazestar was doing, but if it was starclan that told her to then Flameheart wasn't going to question it.
Stormycloud nuzzled him back and noticed bluetail padding over to them. She didn't mind Bluetail being around, but was a bit uncomfortable around her because she was from another clan.

Songheart padded into the clearing confidently, close behind Scarletstar. It was a wonderful night; the air was clean and the sky was clear of clouds. It seemed quiet, but not too quiet, as she walked near Swifttail. When he bounded up to the Highrock, she followed and sat next to him. "Why d'you think Blazestar isn't here?" She murmured quietly.
Heatherpaw followed Flameheart, tail and head held high. She knew Blazestar was gone on an important mission from StarClan, and would not be back for the meeting, but Flameheart was a good deputy and would represent EmberClan well. She trotted over to Yinpaw, saying, "Hiya," and grinning cheerfully.
Jetpaw followed Hakwstar into the meeting excitedly. It was Jetpaw's first Gathering, but he didn't outwardly betray his excitement; instead he walked proudly. But as soon as the cats dispersed into the clearing, he bounded over to stand towards the middle of a clearing, and looked around, realizing that he didn't know exactly how to find other apprentices and socialize. He stared at his paws skyly, thinking, How could I be so mouse-brained as to not know how to socialize? He almost laughed at himself.

Midnightstar observed the already-present cats for a moment, catching the quiet murmurings of her clan behind her. Standing up from her crouched position and stretching languidly, Midnightstar lead her clan into the clearing. The rest of the clan cats wandered off to meet and greet with other cats as the onyx-hued leader joined the other leaders currently there.
"Greeting Hawkstar, Flameheart and Scarletstar. Congratulations are in order, I hear." Midnightstar purred out politely and quietly. She flicked her tail in slight amusement as she nodded politely to each of the leader. "And next you see Blazestar, please send my regards." She continued, watching Flameheart through calm silver eyes.
"Now, how are your clans?" She asked calmly, settling down and wrapping her thick tail around her slim legs. Her glistening black fur shifted over strong muscles as Midnightstar changed into a more comfortable position.

Dawnpaw bounded after Midnightstar into the clearing. She looked around, gazing in awe at the Great Rock and the Four Oak trees. It was her first Gathering and she was excited to meet the other Clans.

Pebblestone stopped beside Dawnpaw and glanced into her shining eyes. "Are you excited?" he asked. It was obvious she was. Swallowsong halted beside Pebblestone and took a glance around the clearing. She dipped her head to the senior warrior and headed over to some other warriors.

Following her leader, Midnightstar, at a sedate pace, Dreamfrost impassively glanced around at the familiar surroundings. Having been to many a Gathering, the ShoreClan warrior didn’t really feel the excitement that used to seize her frame upon gliding to the sacred Fourtrees. Maybe the other Clans would have news worth the trek, but Dreamfrost really couldn’t think of much information from ShoreClan that would excite the others. However, Dreamfrost was looking forward to mingling with the others, perhaps share a word or two. Past Gatherings had only allowed Dreamfrost to make acquaintances, now she was prepared to become friends with those cats that she might one day meet in battle. Did this bother her? Nope.
Casually she gazed at those who had made it from her Clan - there were probably more to follow as well. But already here was her leader, of course, Dawnpaw, Pebblestone, and Swallowsong. And herself, obviously. Dreamfrost didn’t bother glancing over her silver-spotted shoulder, figuring that there really wasn’t much use in doing so. Carefully she treaded into the cats midst, hoping to recognize a familiar face or for one to recognize her.
oocly. Pineheart ain’t coming. He's antisocial when it comes to other Clans. =]

Oceanpaw padded in after Midnightstar and the rest of her clan, quietly seating herself near the others, wrapping her onyx tipped tail around her slender legs. A disadvantage to being new was not knowing many of the clan cats, in her own clan and the others. The tip of her tail twitched slightly as she watched the other cats through olive hued eyes.
ooc| oi, sorry for such a short post. I just woke up. ^^; [/color]
