Name: Littlepaw
Clan: ForestClan
Rank: Apprentice
Age: 6 moons
Gender: She-cat
Description: Little paw has soft, short, coal-black fur and eyes the color of dried grass. Her fur is often well-groomed, she uses quite a bit of effort to keep it that way. Her snout is slightly shorter than her mom's was, and she seems to look rather delicate, even for a cat her age. If you got to know her, you'd learn that her tiny body can put up with alot of beating, but also that that same body could easily pin you if she wanted. If you wanted to look carefully, you might see the very tiny tuft of white-tipped fur on her chest, similar to her mother's.
Personality: Littlepaw, despite her small size and delicate appearance, is rather rambunctious and, more times than not, gets herself into trouble. In fact, one time when she was a little kit, she got up in the middle of the night when everyone in the den was sleeping. She got curious and decided to explore the medicine-cat's den. She found her way into the storage room, and disorganized every herb and berry she could find, all because she wanted know just how much stuff is kept in the storage room. Boy, did she get a scolding for that, not just by her mother, but by the medicine-cat, her apprentice, and the leader!
History: Littlepaw was born outside the Clan, her mother a stray, not knowing who the father of her kits was. Littlepaw, who was the runt of her litter, believes that she had a brother and a sister, but they must have died during her first week of life. Littlepaw's mother heard about cats that lived in organized clans and sought out to find a clan for her tiny kit. Along the way, however, she was attacked by a dog and was miraculously able to bring Littlepaw to ForestClan before her spirit hunted with StarClan.
Littlepaw was nursed by a queen that only gave birth to one kit when her mother brought her to ForestClan. She got into her fair share of trouble, exploring where she shouldn't, and sneaking off into the elders den and pouncing on their tails. She spent most of her life believing that her surrogate mother was her real mother, even though they looked nothing alike, until one day when the leader came and told her the story about her mother. Littlepaw was distraught and confused. Everything she knew about her life wasn't real. Then, when the queen that had nursed her died suddenly, Littlepaw vowed to live by the warrior code, and be the best cat she could be so she too could hunt with StarClan when she died.
IC: Littlepaw woke that morning to the sweet chirping of robins in the dense, lush woods. The squirrels talked among-st each other in high pitched clicks and squeaks. A robin tidied up her nest, anxious for the arrival of her pale blue eggs. Spring and all of its wonderful and damp scents filled her nose as she breathed it all in. Littlepaw reluctantly, but at the same time joyfully, got out of her nest in the Apprentice's Den, careful not to step on any of the other apprentices. She slowly made her way through the sleeping blobs of breathing fur to outside the den. It was still dawn, and the sky showed a soft peach color, accented by lavender clouds. I can't wait until I get apprenticed!, Littlepaw thought. I wonder who my mentor will be? Hopefully Dewfur! He's so cool!
