Please read these before creating your character...
Use the provided form as an outline for your bio. Please remember to post it on a separate thread.
1. Within a member's first month on the site, they may create or adopt up to two characters. After the first month, if they want to create another, they need to PM Hawkstar or Kiri-chan first. This is to minimize the number of character kill-offs and to make it easier for new members to get started.
2. Members can have up to 4 characters. Staff and members with ranking characters can have up to 5.
3. No one member can have more than one cat of special rank. This includes medicine cat, deputy, and leader positions.
4. If a staff member or a member with a ranking character is inactive for one month without notifiying Hawkstar, they will be removed from their position. If they notify Hawkstar but are unable to return after two months, they will be removed from their position anyway. Unfortunately, although this is sometimes out of peoples' control, it's necessary in order to keep the site and the plot running smoothly.
5. Please be aware that there is a 3 line posting minimum on in-character threads. (Please note we didn't say sentence, we said line.) Members are encouraged to write more, and most people do, but three lines is the absolute minimum. The minimum length of an ic sample on bios is longer than three lines anyway, so heck. If you don't like to write, this probably isn't the best site for you.
6. Please do not ask to be a leader, deputy, medicine cat, or medicine cat apprentice if a clan already has one or if you cannot remain active.
7. Cats with the same name as a character in the books will not be accepted, FWC is an original character rpg.
8. Cats with the same name or first part of name (Grasswind) as an existing character on the site will not be accepted. Check the most recent ranks thread on the Updates Board if you're wondering if a name has already been taken.
