Please don't reply.
((Unless you have a good reason and you feel the need to, which should probably only be: Hawkii, Kiri, or Seamist))
Note to Kimmy(if you see this): I'm going to use the spot that's empty for Frozenkit or Ravenkit, ookay?
I'm going to write this last post with Darkheart in first person format
Now I'm done with the OOC stuff xP

I had wandered into the Twolegplace to hunt for mice and hopefully larger prey I could take to Cedar and Runningfire. They needed to eat; in my opinion anyways, they always seemed so thin, but I could never say anything to their faces or else they'd scratch my nose and snarl something like, "I can take care of myself!"
I had already caught three mice and a little shrew; they weren't exactly huge, but there was enough meat on them for a decent meal for Runningfire and I to share. I'd bring that back to Runningfire as soon as I caught something for Cedar.
Oh, a rabbit...in Twolegplace? I judged it with my piercing amber eyes and pushed away my doubts that there was really a fat little rabbit in Twolegplace. Now there would be a good meal for Cedar! I thought happily. How often was there a rabbit in Twolegplace? I stalked closer and closer until only a small Thunderpath separated me and my target.
I quickly looked both ways on the Thunderpath and started to cross, my heart pounding. Suddenly, a crow cawed and I whipped my head around to see it fly off with a mouse in its claws.
Oh no! It was the mouse I had caught for Runningfire. Somehow, the crow had managed to dig out my cache and find a mouse.
"You stupid piece of foxdung!" I screeched at it as it flew off into the bright blue sky.
I didn't have enough time to run back and relocate my prey or else the plump delicious looking rabbit would be gone. At least there was still the shrew and two mice...
All I could do was hope that nothing else would come and steal my hard-earned fresh-kill.
I turned back to the Thunderpath and crouched down, waiting for the monsters to pass before dashing out onto the solid black path. As soon as no monsters were in sight, I ran out and it was only two fox lengths before I got to the safety of the other side of the Thunderpath that I felt something hit me and I was flung into the air.
I yowled in surprise and fear, something I had never really felt in my life. I was so startled and scared I could not even utter anything. I just fell, no, plunged onto the concrete, black Thunderpath.
I couldn't move my paws. They felt numb and heavy.
All I felt was dizziness and pain. Nothing else.
I tried to pull myself to the other side; to kill that rabbit and bring it back to Cedar, but it was no use. I gasped in pain as I dragged myself onto the grass with my front paws.
I collapsed and my last thoughts were of Cloudmist.
The feel of her soft tortoiseshell fur, her bright sparkling green eyes, and the gentle way she murmured in her sleep.
I had never loved Runningfire. But I would never in my life or the next be able to tell her that.
Now I'm in StarClan. An outcast and probably I'll be sent to the Dark Forest, but I'll never forget Cloudmist, Cedar, and the way I had betrayed the forest cats by helping the foxes. Those memories will stay with my for the rest of my life.
