hunting for the clan ~open~

[Talyn-chan]

Demonwing leapted ontop the rocks getting into position to hunt. the clanwas in need of fresh kill, and this was the best spot to look for some. ~Okay Demonwing you can do this~ he thinks to himself twitchng his tail.

[Deathclaw]

All of a sudden Deathclaw jumped out of nowhere behind Demonwing and landed silently on the rock. A split second before he kept pouncing he said " To slow!" then he smiled devilishly as he pounced on an unsuspecting vole. Then out of nowhere he does a backflips on a mouse and this entire episode was done entirely without sound.

[Talyn-chan]

Demonwing shakes his head, then stands and tries to pounce in DEathclaw. His claws were still sheathed so he ment no harm, he just thought his clan-mate simply needed to CALM DOWN! For things were getting quiet out of hand, a cat doing back flips? What had the clans come to?

[Olan]

Blueflame stared in amazement and... disgust. He usually kept to the shadows since his mate, Shadowjumper, died. He never really talked much anymore. He was disgusted by Deathclaw, doing a back flip and all. Clan life was to hunt to feed the family, not to do back flips to show off. He shook his head, tired of all the plasticness in the clan now.

[Deathclaw]

"Oh come on now it wasn't to show off or anything the mouse was just behind me so I, well you know." Deathclaw explained as he shrugged Demonwing off. "It's feeding the clan right, so why not have just a little fun?" he quiried. "And you can't deny that I just caught two peices of fresh-kill for the clan." he said. " Lastly, you gotta admit that was cool." then he waited for Demonwing to say something.

[Talyn-chan]

Demonwing roles his eyes and whispers. "If you're a kittypet," Into Deathclaw's ear.
he was inerested to see the cats responce, it allways was though, who knew what a cat like this would do in responce. "We should gte back to hunting though," He says louder this time, taking a position to wiat for prey.

[Deathclaw]

"You little...." Deathclaw growled but then bottled his anger up. "There's nothing wrong with having fun when doing something because I don't see anywhere in the Warrior law about having fun." he hissed into Demonwing's ear. "A warriors life is not about all work and no play, and if you were a true warrior you would know that." he accused calmly. Then he waited for Demonwing's response.

[minttail]

" Hello, boys." An unenthusiastic Minttail padded in," Deathclaw, are you up to your old tricks?" Blue eyes flashed to the side to stare at Demonwing,"What have we here?" She playfully batted his ear; giving the first smile in moons. She gave a meow of laughter before asking,"How much prey have you caught?" Minttail smiled at Demonwing, he was handsome and something about him made her happy, He looks nothing like Flickerheart! She remember the tom; her old friend...but he had chosen another she-cat and Minttail was fine with that.

Flickerheart watched, what was wrong with him! He was hissing and his tail was twice it's normal size! Forget about Minttail, she's been needing a mate...oh! Why didn't I chose her!? Flickerheart huffed a sigh before walking away.

[Talyn-chan]

Demonwing smiles at the she-cat. "None thanks to this mouse-brain," he replies a flash in his eyes, this was going to be an interesting day. Sure he was fulfillign clan duties but like Deathclaw said a warior's job wasn't all work. "But he does have one thing right, we all need to have our fun, just at the right time," he adds for Deathclaws benefit.

[minttail]

"Deathclaw!" Minttail gave an irritated hiss, "Do you always have to impress the she-cats? Well...do something they will hear about?" She jokingly purred. Turning around the white and calico warrior asked Demonwing and Deathclaw both, "Can you ever get along? You, Demonwing, seem to be an angel; but mister Deathclaw here is wild." She sat down, smiling at both the toms, Deathclaw or Demonwing? I wonder if they like me...but I like both of them. Her thoughts were stirred. After a quick stretch Minttail sat in the grass, "You guys know that the prey pile isn't low enough for you to fight over a mouse? Unless Flickerheart eats more than Sablespirit and her kits again."

[Deathclaw]

"Ah Ah Ah." Deathclaw said to Demonwing. "Remember the two I just caught." he said deftly. "And of course I always do, Minttail." he said as he took a bow. "And trust me I'm not always wild I can be calm if I want to." he said defensivly whilst turning around in a great huff. Then he burst into laughter after sitting like that for a few minutes.

[minttail]

Minttail turned her gaze so she was looking at Demonwing, "Want to hunt away from Deathclaw and hope we can catch something?" She asked him. Defiantly Demonwing; he's so sweet. She gave her head a shake and murmured to herself," I'm a warrior...not a moonstruck rabbit!" After a quick sigh she looked back up.

[Talyn-chan]

"that would probubly be a good idea. He does seem to do well on his own, and I would wan tto disturb him," demonwing says with a flash in his eyes. That quickly sub-sides and he looks at Minttail wodering what she's thinking. He smiles at her waiting for her to lead the way, trying to be a gentalman...cat?

[minttail]

She gave a laugh,"Let's go!" She jumped onto the top of a rock where Minttail stopped. She waggled her behind and leaped onto a mouse. She carried the limp figure to Demonwing, "Plump, he's going to make a warrior happy...let's try to find something bigger, like a rabbit or squirrel." She stopped again, her white ears pricked. In a flash of tortoiseshell and white she was chasing a large rabbit. Bounding over and around rocks she managed to kill the prey. Minttail gave a gasp before trotting back to where Demonwing was. She smiled mischievously and gasped again. "Long chase... She murmured before laying down; showing him that it was his turn to hunt and her turn to rest. Amusement sparked in her eyes as she looked closely at him, noticing how his tabby stripes made demonic like wings. DemonWING! Duh Minttail.

[Deathclaw]

"See ya guys." Deathclaw called out as they walked away. 'Finally all alone.' he thought then he walked off in a secret and dark manner. 'Let's see anyone know me when I find her.' he growled deathly. 'I'll show them, I'll show them all!' he thought. "Why is everyone alwways undermining me?" he wondered. He then looked over his shoulder to see if anyone was following him.
