Rosedawn sat at the base of the highboulder. She looked content and saw Dewpaw's angry, twisted face. "What's wrong, Dewpaw?" she asked. "Are you alright?" The senior warrior twitched her tail. Is it her ceremony? Then why is she so glum-looking! Rosedawn sat by Dewpaw, face faintly muddled.

Frostflash sat close to the foot of the Highboulder, her grey fur making her seem like a smaller incarnation of the rock. Though the deputy wore her usual expression of calm detachment, her violet eyes were dancing with happiness. The deputy had always loved warrior ceremonies; there was just something so special about young cats becoming full members of the Clan.
Stormpaw skittered nervously into the center of the camp, twitchy with anticipation. The same thought that had been insistently repeating in her head for days now was back and louder than ever: Warrior Ceremony. Oh, it's probably just some random announcement, she thought to herself, trying to calm down. I bet Oakpaw will be a warrior soon, too, a voice whispered in her head. The grey tabby's already overtaxed nerves jangled again as she thought of this. Her eyes flickered up to Blazestar, searching for some indication of what was to come.

OOC- Hey guys I'm just going to say that the ceremony is over because I has an announcement.
IC- Blazestar sighed as the ceremony ended her eyes slightly dull now. "I now have Announcement," She starts speaking. "I am retiring. I am down to my last life now, and Starclan has called for me to end my role of leader, and join the elders. SO from this time forward I will be called Blazeclaw once more."

Shock seared through Frostflash's heart. "What?" she gasped, disbelieving. "You're retiring?" She stood up and padded over to look up at where Blazestar- Blazeclaw- was sitting on the Highboulder. Sorrow was evident in the grey she-cat's eyes as she studied Blazeclaw. It was true that she was on her last life, but that didn't mean she had to stop being a leader... Well, I suppose if StarClan told her to, she thought sadly, remembering what the she-cat had said just moments earlier. "You were a great leader to EmberClan," she meowed, trying to hide the quiver in her voice behind formal words. "We'll always honor you for that."

OOC: My charrie needs a mentor! I'm the newest member of hawkstarforest! The character in the black cat pic. below is my Dawnpaw (her eyes arn't really red) Dawnpaw gave a strong grin. Rusticstar had been a great leader, she had known her as a kit when she had been their in her most needed time of her life, when she was almost killed, giving her the gruesome scar along her entire hind leg. Blazestar would be equally good, she had been an amazing warrior and deputy.

(I think Shaodwjumper will remain loyal to EmberClan read the thead in ShoreClan)
Shoadwjumper let out a small moew of protest, but a smile grew over her face. Frostflash would be a great leader and Blazeclaw will always be a leader in EmberClan. Looking around she tried to see Blueflame her mate but failed. Standing up her legs flexing she wanted to run all day. She walked up to Frostflash flicking her tail over the new leader. ''Congrats Froststar She moewed her eyes showing the laughing she-cat deep inside.
